Does the LED display need so many rich structures?

Since entering the industry in 2015, the most talked about topic among colleagues is the price competition among peers. Of course, price is a topic we cannot avoid, but to this day, they have overlooked one point: service competition.

I think price comparison is an eternal focus, but if suppliers can better enter the customer's after-sales service link, most customers are willing to pay for products that are not so price-competitive. The annoying thing is that some manufacturers' quotations are not low, but when it comes to the after-sales link, they often set a lot of thresholds, such as requiring a group of leaders to sign until the boss agrees, or the salesperson himself feels that he has not obtained a satisfactory return from the order and delays the time, delaying the product within the warranty period to outside the warranty period.

When I started to design and produce display screens myself, I found that it was more difficult to find a reliable supplier than to find a loyal customer. In my previous company, I saw the quality changes of the company's products from an outsider's perspective. Yes, only if you think about the current situation as an outsider, you will not revel in some seemingly fancy products with greatly reduced quality.

Nowadays, as upstream suppliers intentionally cut costs and reduce quality, and downstream assembly factories default to this short-life product design, the entire industry is looking forward to customers replacing products as soon as possible. In order to make it difficult for customers to notice these changes, they have put a lot of effort into the product structure, such as the 45° cut-angle frame, such as the soft LED cabinet, and various heart-shaped and pin-shaped designs. These seem to show the R&D level of a company, but they will not tell you the risks brought by these structures: gaps, deformation, and cumbersome on-site construction processes.

I have been thinking about how we can provide customers with high-quality products like Amazon, and provide customers with timely and effective after-sales services on a voluntary basis, returning to the customer-centric purpose. In the past two years, I have been committed to making a product as legendary as the iPhone 4S in the field of small-pitch rental, because small-pitch products are precious to every customer, and expect a service life of more than 10 years, and will not be out of fashion in the industry.
